Stepping Out is hosting its 3rd annual Turkey Trot 5k to be held in downtown Morristown. The Turkey Trot 5K will begin and end in the historic downtown area of Morristown, TN on Main Street. The course has mild elevation changes and a scenic route. Racers will be timed with chip technology and the course will be well-marked. The Taste of Morristown is a food competition featuring 20+ local restaurants and is a fundraiser for Girls Inc. of Hamblen County, a local nonprofit. The event is scheduled for Thursday, April 13th at Walters State Z Buda Gymnasium from 4-8pm and tickets will go on sale in early March.
